The Cross Keys Inn is a superb real ale pub set in the heart of Somerset. Our traditional country pub is located in the village of Lydford-on-Fosse, between the two small market towns of Castle Cary and Somerton in Somerset. We serve great food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our inn has six en suite rooms which are accessed via a staircase with handrail. The guest rooms are all well laid out and have their own private bathrooms. All of them have been nicely decorated and provide a charming base for exploring the West Country.
We pride ourselves on being a traditional English pub with ale poured straight from the barrel. Our food is traditional yet creative and we do our utmost to make us of the best local produce and sample our selection of award winning pies.

The Crown & Victoria is a family orientated pub. Mark Hilyard and his business partner Isabel Thomas took over the pub in December 2006. They have worked very hard over the past few years to offer excellent culinary delights at affordable prices. In October 2008 their efforts were rewarded with an AA Rosette for the pubs quality of food that has been prepared with care, understanding and skill using good-value, wholesome, organic and free-range ingredients.
