The two first-floor apartments, Blakey and Graham, have balconies and the ground-floor apartments, ABRAHAMS and MILBURN, patio areas, all overlooking the cricket field, the North Tyne River and bridge and Dunterley Fell (Pennine Way).

The ABRAHAMS has two bedrooms (1 double & 1 triple) with the larger bedroom easily accommodating a family of three, one large bathroom with bath with shower over, an open plan lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area.

The BLAKEY has two bedrooms (twin or double as required) one of which has an ensuite bathroom, a further bathroom – again with bath and shower, an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The GRAHAM has two bedrooms (twin or double as required) an open plan lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area.

The MILBURN has one large bedroom (double and a single or 3 singles as required), one bathroom with facilities for the less able bodied, an open plan lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area. Car parking is adjacent.
