Hill of Maunderlea Lodges offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Aberchirder, Aberdeenshire. Situated in 14 acres of mature woodland, we are ideal for an idyllic holiday.

Our lodges are luxurious and suitable for people with disabilities. Each lodge boasts glorious views over the surrounding countryside. The lodges sleep up to 6 people and come with underfloor heating provided by air source pumps.

The ground floor is disabled friendly and comes with a double room, large wet room with a shower and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Upstairs there is a double room with a balcony, a twin room and a bathroom.

Each lodge comes with excellent facilities: HDTV/ Blu Ray, Freesat, USB port docking points, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave and toaster.

Onsite we have walkways where you can walk safely with your children or dog as far or as little as you like.

We are a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside, which boasts woodlands, small lochs and meandering rivers. You can explore lots of picturesque fishing villages, including Portsoy and Pennan. The local area is famous for a variety of beautiful walks and cycle routes. Pony trekking, fishing and golf are all available locally. Our central position also makes us a great base for visiting lots of local distilleries and castles.
