Proctor’s Holiday Cottage is a charming four-bedroom home designed as a comfortable retreat for families eager to explore our beautiful countryside, mountains, lochs, rivers, castles and golf courses, all complemented by our world-famous Scotch whiskies. Located in Aberdeenshire, this holiday cottage was recently converted from a 130-year-old steading and is beautifully appointed. With its thick granite walls, slated roof and double glazing throughout, it offers a spacious yet cosy base for your adventure through some of the finest scenery in North East Scotland.

The cottage features a large open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, perfect for post-exploration relaxation and entertaining. It includes a double/twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and a fourth twin bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom, which has a separate shower cubicle. Additionally, an extra Z bed can be provided to convert the double bedroom into a twin and a travel cot and high chair are available upon request. The cottage also includes a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. Outside, a large patio with seating for eight is perfect for enjoying an evening bottle of wine alfresco during the occasional calm summer evening. A barbecue is available for those who enjoy grilling. The cottage features under-floor heating to ensure a warm, dry, and comfortable base, regardless of the weather.

In the cottage grounds, you'll find an all-weather putting green with four strategically placed holes, two driving cages and two chipping target baskets, allowing early birds to practice their golf skills while others finish showering or having breakfast (currently not available for use as undergoing refurbishment).
