Boghead Holiday Cottages comprises two converted steadings located eight miles from Alford and a 30-minute drive from Cairngorm National Park, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The Byre

The Byre is a fully accessible three-bedroom steading conversion designed for wheelchair users, all on one level. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and comfortable seating with a Smart TV, all complemented by underfloor heating throughout. Each of the three double bedrooms has an ensuite shower room, with the option to convert two of the doubles into twin beds. The accessible bedroom includes an ensuite wet room with a shower seat and grab handles. A heated boiler room is available for drying wet clothing and storing bikes and fishing equipment. Dogs are welcome with prior arrangement.

The Stables

The Stables offers a two-bedroom steading conversion also equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area seating four and comfortable seating with underfloor heating and a Smart TV. Both double bedrooms feature ensuite shower rooms, with one bedroom offering a kingsize zip and link bed that can be split into two singles. Guests have access to the heated boiler room for drying clothes and storing outdoor equipment, shared with The Byre. Dogs are permitted with prior arrangement.

Both cottages provide ample parking and offer access to an electric car charging point if needed.
