Anniston Farm Cottages are situated on a farm in Inverbervie, close to Stonehaven and Montrose in Angus, they offer self catering accommodation in beautifully converted old steadings. Boasting accolades for both luxury and sustainability, two cottages have earned 5 Stars from Visit Scotland, while the third enjoys a 4 Star rating. Our commitment to the environment is evident through our generation of 7.5 MW of electricity using wind power and our rainwater harvesting practices for various uses.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with assistance for their luggage, a warm welcome and a tour of their pre-heated cottage. An Sabhal Fada Cottage - This 3-bedroom cottage is our largest, featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining room, one double and two twin bedrooms. It includes two ensuite shower rooms, a wet room with a whirlpool bath and an extra WC. Rated as a Luxury 4 Star by Visit Scotland, it comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay, including a 32” TV in the lounge.

An Girneilear Cottage - A 2-bedroom cottage awarded 5 Stars by Visit Scotland. It offers a spacious kitchen and lounge/dining area with an oak stairway leading to a double bedroom with an ensuite whirlpool bath, a twin room with an ensuite shower and an extra WC. Equipped with a 40” TV in the lounge and a 32” TV in the master bedroom, the cottage provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Balla Sheilleanan Cottage - This 1-bedroom cottage, rated 5 Stars by Visit Scotland, includes a luxurious ensuite whirlpool bath with shower, an open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and an extra WC. Furnished with a 40” TV in the lounge and a 32” TV in the bedroom, it offers all the comforts of home.
