Plovermuir Cottage is a stylish and spacious steading conversion that offers a high standard of comfort in a peaceful farm setting. The cottage enjoys an elevated position with partial views over the Vale of Strathmore, providing a peaceful and scenic base from which to explore the surrounding area.

The spacious living room is light and airy, with French doors opening onto a secluded west-facing patio, an ideal spot for relaxing outdoors. Additional French doors lead from the living room into the generously sized kitchen and dining area, which features a tiled floor with underfloor heating for added comfort.

Upstairs, you'll find a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed and Velux windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The upper floor also includes a separate bathroom with an over-bath shower, toilet, and a Velux window. For added convenience, the ground floor is equipped with its own separate shower room and toilet, making the cottage well-suited for couples or families alike.

A visit to Dundee is a must, see Captain Scott's famous ship R.R.S. DISCOVERY or slip back in time to the Jute industry at its height in the atmospheric VERDANT WORKS Jute Museum where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Dundee Weavers in the 19th Century. If golf is more to your liking, there is a fine selection of Golf Courses to choose from nearby.
