Beach cottage is a quaint, quirky wee cottage situated on the edge of Carnoustie in Angus.

The idyllic beachfront location means it’s ideal for either family fun or a quiet retreat. Nestled in a row of fishermen’s cottages between the railway and the sea, Beach cottage is only 10 minutes walk to the railway station and Co-op supermarket, whilst only 20 steps takes you onto the sandy / rocky beach.

The self catering cottage has flexible accommodation: downstairs, the bedroom has a double bed plus extra single sofa bed, TV, DVD, Wood Stove. Upstairs is the lounge with a double sofa bed and panoramic views.

Bed linen and towels are provided for weekly stays.

During low and mid season bookings can be more flexible. Shorts breaks of minimum 3 nights can be booked, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Last minute bookings are sometimes available.

Arrivals and Departures. To allow for cleaning bookings are usually made from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure (unless by prior arrangement)

It is expected that at the end of your stay the cottage is found in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages must be reported so they can be rectified before the next booking.
