Inchmurrin Self Catering on Inchmurrin Island in Loch Lomond offers superb self catering accommodation in two cottages and 3 apartments. We are the perfect place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

We offer charming accommodation in two cottages. The Ben sleeps up to eight people. The cedar clad cottage has a private sundeck and garden. There are 4 bedrooms which consist of 2 double en suites and 2 twin rooms. A family bathroom is also available. You can relax in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area which has patio doors onto the sundeck.

The lodge enjoys glorious views south over Loch Lomond. The lodge sits on the water and guests can berth at the jetty or be picked up by the island ferry. The property sleeps up to 6 people in 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. The lounge area comes with an open fire and there is also a dining/sun lounge. Both cottages have fully equipped kitchens to meet all your needs and facilities include, TV, DVD player and BBQ.

The 3 apartments are based on the east side of the island, adjacent ton our restaurant and bar. All have access to the lawned garden, beach & jetties, with plenty of space to berth boats, beach canoes and store kit such as windsurfers and paddleboards all ready to go. The apartments all have outdoor seating and barbecues. They share a guest laundry/drying room, ideal for hanging wetsuits.

The apartments sleep between 4 to 6 people. Bedrooms consist of either double or twin rooms. Some rooms are en suite. Facilities include open plan living/dining/kitchen areas with doors to the garden. All the kitchens include fully equipped kitchens with oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer. A TV and DVD player are in all the apartments.

We have a wonderful restaurant to dine in. Enjoy a lunchtime Boater’s Bite in the bar or on the sundeck from 12.30 – 2.30 or dinner is served in our restaurant overlooking the loch from 7 – 9pm. Our menu changes daily. All dishes are traditionally prepared on the premises and we strive to use the finest local produce.

Inchmurrin Island is a wonderful setting for a romantic wedding. We will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements to make your wedding day extra special. Inchmurrin is licensed to hold civil ceremonies either in the garden overlooking the loch or indoors should you prefer.

Loch Lomond is ideal for watersports, fishing, sailing and diving. There are many activities on and around Inchmurrin to keep visitors occupied as well as the many activities around the Loch. Apart from exploring the island, eating, drinking and relaxing, water sports are the most popular recreation. Inchmurrin is ideal for windsurfing as the appropriate side of the Island can be chosen depending on the wind direction. As all the accommodation is immediately adjacent to the water there is no distance to carry boards. Also rigs can be left assembled in the garden, ready to go.
