Buckhyne offers superb self catering accommodation in the tranquil village of Carradale near Kintyre. Our property in Argyll boasts stunning views over the Kilbrannen Sound to the Isle of Arran.

Our charming cottage sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for a family our group holiday away. The relaxing dining area and lounge both enjoy glorious sea views. The swivel chairs in the lounge are perfect spots to enjoy the view from. The recently refurbished lounge comes with a sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, calor gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and utensils.

Two comfortable bedrooms are available: a king and a double room. All bed linen and towels are provided. Both rooms share a modern shower room.

Outside is a delightful enclosed garden with a patio area and a bench where you can admire the view from.

The local 9-hole golf course overlooks Porth Righ Bay and lots of wonderful walking and cycling routes are in the area. Fishing can also be enjoyed. A wonderful sandy bay is only a 25-minute walk or short drive away. Just around the corner in Southend there is an award-winning tearoom, Muneroys. Frequent ferries are available from Kintyre to the Islands of Arran, Gigha, Islay and Jura.
