Dunmore Villa is located on the north side of West Loch Tarbert, just seven miles from the village of Tarbert Loch Fyne and 105 miles from Glasgow. Situated within the 900-acre Dunmore Estate, the property boasts over two miles of protected coastline, with much of the land safeguarded by Scottish Natural Heritage.

Positioned right on the loch, this idyllic retreat offers breathtaking views through its picture windows and architecturally designed glass-fronted patio. The villa provides a spacious and flexible layout, making it ideal for extended families or large groups of friends looking for a peaceful getaway.

Extensively upgraded with eco-friendly features, the villa includes solar panels and a wood-burning stove that complements the heating system, insulation, and wood cladding. Throughout the house, newly fitted bathrooms enhance comfort, while a stunning glass-fronted dining room provides magnificent views over West Loch, creating a truly special dining experience.

On the ground floor, guests enter through the hall, leading to a twin bedroom with an en suite shower, a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin, and a master bedroom featuring a picture window overlooking the loch, along with an en suite that includes a bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and laundry facilities, connects to a spacious dining room and a lounge with large picture windows offering uninterrupted views of the loch. Anchor Cottage is situated in the grounds of the Villa but is completely separate and has its own driveway. The cottage is on one level and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a study that can be used as a third bedroom so it can accommodate up to six adults. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan with patio doors out to the terrace.

The Villa and Anchor Cottage are great for parties, weddings, meetings or just friends getting together and can be booked together or separately. The minimum rental for both properties is 4 nights during the off-peak dates and 7 nights during the peak months.

The Dunmore Estate is situated on the Northside of West Loch Tarbert, seven miles from the village of Tarbert Loch Fyne and 105 miles from Glasgow. Follow the A83 south from Lochgilphead for 11 miles and then turn right onto the B8024. Dunmore Villa and Anchor Cottage are about 7.5 miles down the B8024, on the left-hand side.
