Loch Doon Caravan and Camping Park is a small, scenic site situated on the stunning shores of Loch Doon, near Dalmellington. As a committee-run, family and pet-friendly park, Loch Doon provides a simple, rural experience that brings you close to nature. It offers a taste of wild camping or caravanning but with the added security and comforts of an enclosed park. The site features up to 50 hard-standing pitches, each with electric hook-up, catering to touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans, along with a separate grass area for tents. Every pitch offers spectacular views of the loch and the Carrick Hills. For families, there is a fully enclosed trim trail play area and a picnic/seating area near reception. Facilities at the park include drinking water stations, waste and chemical disposal points, and accessible toilet and shower blocks.

There is plenty to do in and around Loch Doon, whether you're interested in nature walks like the popular Ness Glen trail, or hiking over the Carrick Hills. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy fishing for brown trout or bring a kayak for fun on the loch. The area is also ideal for cycling, birdwatching and other outdoor activities.
