Brambly Thatch is a beautiful, 400-year-old thatched cottage which can be found on our working cattle and crop farm in Goring Heath, Pangbourne in Berkshire. Our holiday cottage is comfortable and well equipped and is in the Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are plenty of walks around the farm and there are many views of the Berkshire countryside for you to enjoy. We are an ideal base for visiting Oxford, Stratford, Bath and Stonehenge.

Leave your wellington boots in the small wooden porch and open the front door to a warm, wooden beamed living room, complete with a beautiful old Rayburn. In addition to the living room, the ground floor in the thatch has a small but well equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a twin bedroom which sits up a few steps, at the Northern end of the cottage. Climb the narrow stair case and you will find the master double room, a single room and the bathroom.

Facilities include: smart TV, phone and Wi-Fi/internet access (30mbps approx.).

Brambly Thatch is situated on a quiet farm track and looks out on the garden, a beautiful old English Oak Tree with farm fields and trees beyond.
