Set within 40 acres of beautiful grounds, the farmhouse and four cottages are arranged around a sunny, south-facing courtyard. To the rear, the cottages overlook a spacious lawn that leads out to surrounding fields, creating a peaceful rural setting. The river area is easily accessible via level paths, making it particularly suitable for guests with limited mobility or disabilities. All of our holiday cottages are fully self-contained, each with its own front door opening onto the courtyard and a rear door leading to a private patio area and the lawn beyond. Ample parking is available close to the cottages for guests’ convenience. We also provide an external electric car charging point, operated by a coin meter that accepts £1 and £2 coins.

Each cottage is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and a television. Panel heating is provided throughout, and duvet quilts, blankets, bed linen and towels are all included. The cottages feature a cosy living room with a kitchen area, while the bathrooms are fitted with showers. For added convenience, there is also a large drying and freezer room with rod space, along with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer available for guest use.

Wrens Nest Cottage sleeps two guests and features a king-size zip-and-link bed that can also be arranged as twin beds. Dairy Cottage sleeps three guests across two bedrooms, with one super king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be arranged as twins) and one single room. Kingfisher Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, offering one double room and one twin room. Holly Cottage also sleeps four guests and includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome in each cottage at no extra charge. Guests can also enjoy access to our private 40 acres of beautiful grounds, offering plenty of space to relax, explore and take in the surrounding countryside.
