Kidwelly Farm Cottages - Y Felin offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Kidwelly. Our barn conversion in Carmarthenshire is surrounded by ancient country and in a brilliant location for exploring the area.

Our beautiful barn conversion offers modern accommodation whilst retaining its original character, including original oak beams and a toasty wood-burning stove. The barn is well-equipped and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

Inside there is a spacious sitting area with comfy seating, a TV and a DVD player. Enjoy some home cooking the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances, including a fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area comfortably seats 10.

In total, the barn sleeps 10 in 4 en suite bedrooms, including one that has been made in a family room including a king bed and two singles on the mezzanine floor. We also have a king room and 2 twin rooms, plus one wet room with disabled access.

Outside there is a jacuzzi hot tub to soak yourself in. The’s also a picnic table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a large enclosed garden. A play area is perfect for children and comes with swings and a slide, ride-on buggies and a trampoline. We also have the converted Cowshead that comes with seating and a BBQ.

This area of Carmarthenshire has lots of excellent attractions to see, including a range of castles and beaches, as well as the quaint market towns of Carmarthen and Llandeilo. Within driving distance is the Brecon Beacon National Park. Superb attractions to visit include:
