Our accommodation is ideal for a family or group getaway. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and well-equipped to a high standard.

Inside the spacious lounge comes with comfy seating and TV, plus a small pool table. There is also a sun lounge to unwind in. Enjoy some-cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances. A pool table is also available.

There is a large extra king-size bedroom and a single, plus a Velux window. A downstairs double sofa bed is in the lounge. A shower room and separate toilet are also available.

Outside there is a decking area and a BBQ area in the garden for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. A hot tub and fishpond can also be enjoyed outside.

We are in a brilliant location for exploring the area, just 1 mile to the pubs and cafes in the town of Lampeter. Only 5 miles away is the Gold Mines. You can also visit the market town of Aberaeron or the wonderful National Trust property of Llanerchaeron. A golf course is 5 miles way and around 24 miles will take you to Carmarthen and Aberystwyth. Excellent attractions to visit include:
