The Courtyard - Sleeps 10

The Courtyard is entered via two slate steps and a semi-glazed front door opening into a striking hallway with panelled walls, high ceilings and Victorian terracotta tiles. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout, powered by an air source heat pump with heat recovery, along with solar panels and battery storage. Two en-suite bedrooms lead off the entrance hall, while steps descend into an impressive 23-metre open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with three sets of bifold doors opening onto a full-length patio and garden overlooking the countryside. The outdoor space features a large dining table, cushioned sofas and a Weber barbecue, ideal for relaxed entertaining. Glaneirw Coach House is a beautifully restored five-bedroom retreat that blends historic character with modern comfort. Entering through the original oak door, guests are welcomed into a hallway with Victorian terracotta tiles and preserved period features, alongside a convenient cloakroom. The spacious sitting and dining room showcases original slate floors with underfloor heating, high ceilings and elegant furnishings, including a large mahogany dining table for twelve, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with DVD player and games. A well-equipped contemporary kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer opens onto a gravel courtyard and an extensive lawned garden with outdoor seating and a Weber barbecue. The Apartment - Sleeps 2 adults & 2 children

The Apartment is accessed via a flight of outdoor steps leading to a semi-glazed entrance door and offers a stylish open-plan layout designed for comfort and ease. Heated by electric radiators and supported by solar panels with battery storage from the adjacent property, it also features a cosy wood burner with a supply of seasoned logs. The living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a full-size double, a wingback armchair, Samsung Smart TV and high-speed fibre broadband, while the fully equipped galley kitchen provides an electric ceramic hob and oven, integrated fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar with stools. The sleeping area features a king-size bed dressed in Egyptian cotton linen with plush towels and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
