Bryncarnedd Country Cottages, once an important dairy farm in the area providing milk to Aberystwyth and the local area has since enjoyed a new lease of life having been sympathetically converted into luxury self-catering cottages. This wonderful holiday cottage complex at Aberystwyth is set in an ideal location, just outside the West Wales town of Aberystwyth Cardigan Bay. The cottages enjoy the best of both worlds being within walking distance of the local shops yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town life to provide a relaxing and peaceful setting for your holiday.

On site we have 13 properties (3* and 4* graded), 6 lodges and 2 glamping pods for hire all year around. We also have a BBQ area and outdoor pool and hot tub. We also have a 3 bedroom property called Cambrian View and a 4 bedroom property called Brynhyfryd.

All cottages are of varying size, some with conservatories, some with gardens - each unique in such a way that we hope to provide you with the perfect holiday. On site we also have laundrette facilities and a new children’s play area.

The land around the area is now being farmed under a scheme called "Tir Gofal", which encourages sustainable farming in a way that cares for wildlife as well as the historical and cultural features of the land. Each of the cottages in the complex has been named after a traditional farm building and has been designed with care and attention to detail, providing you with the luxurious fittings you would expect in a top hotel, but with the privacy and flexibility of a fully equipped self-catering facility. Some cottages have the added luxury of Jacuzzi baths, while others have large modern shower rooms for our disabled guests. All cottages have an open plan layout which enables you to cook, eat and live in a bright, airy environment, making the most of your valuable time together.
