Craigfryn Annex - This is a delightful ground floor cottage featuring one bedroom, accommodating 2 people comfortably. The cottage offers a spacious double bed with an en-suite shower room, a separate kitchen and a large lounge/diner. It is perfect for couples or small families, with the availability of a cot. Please note that there is a single step from the outside into the front door porch area and a step up into the shower cubicle.

Snowdrop Bungalow - This is a charming two-bedroom bungalow, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. It features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room, a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a separate lounge. Please note that the bungalow is not suitable for motorized wheelchairs or scooters.

Holiday Caravans - These offer Tourist Board Approved accommodation and are ideal for a fishing or non-fishing holiday. They feature two bedrooms and comfortably sleep 4 people. The caravans are well-equipped and maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant stay.

With six lakes available, Nine Oaks offers a diverse fishing experience, catering to Trout, Carp, and mixed Coarse fishing. The fishery is open year-round from dawn until dusk, and night fishing is also available for those eager anglers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided their owners are responsible and clean up after them.
