Elm Cottage Touring Park is an immaculately maintained and family-friendly site offering pitches for caravans, tents and motorhomes, welcoming children and pets alike. Situated just over a mile from Oulton Park Motor Racing Circuit and near the charming village of Little Budworth, it's one of the region's top holiday parks. Located only 12 miles from Chester, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the area's many attractions.

Our touring parking is open all year round and comes with 35 pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents. Hard surfaced roads lead to a mixture of fully serviced and all-weather pitches.

The family camping and rally field is available for tents, caravans, motorhomes and rallies. You can admire glorious views across the Cheshire Plain to the Pennines. We have 51 pitches with electric hook up and a lovely children's park, neatly tucked away in the far corner. A spacious dog walk stretches around 2 sides of this 5acre camping field, where dogs can run freely.

Campers have the use of the amenity block, laundry & campsite freezer . Our modern underfloor heated toilet block comes with free showers and modern disabled facilities. BBQs are available for hire. In peak season on Fridays, we have a woodfired pizza oven where staff make your pizzas fresh to order. Crepes are also available at weekends in high season.

We also have a small on-site shop, otherwise known as ‘The Tardis’, which offers delicious, locally sourced sausages, bacon, free-range eggs, bread, fresh coffee, as well as cold drinks, ices, fresh milk and basic groceries. We have 3 great, dog friendly pubs in walking distance.

We can accommodate organised rallies and welcome organisations such as the Camping & Caravanning Club and the Caravan and Motorhome Club. We have a rally barn which is perfect for groups looking for a good social gathering space.
