Hillcroft Park offers award-winning self catering accommodation in the picturesque village of Pooley Bridge. Set in the gorgeous Ullswater Valley, we are ideal for a tranquil and relaxing getaway. We are a fantastic base for exploring Cumbria and only 6 miles from junction 40 on the M6 motorway.

Ullswater House: Nestled in the heart of Pooley Bridge, our magnificent house sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, great for a large family or group gathering. The house is tastefully furnished and includes 2 double en suites, 1 twin en suite, 1 family en suite, 1 super king en suite and 1 double room with a family bathroom. There is a large lounge, kitchen, dining area and garden with furniture. You even have a wonderful hot tub to soak yourself in.

Meadowbank Cottage: Based at the entrance of the park, this lovely ground level cottage sleeps up to 4 people in a king and twin room. Both rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The dining and lounge boast a toasty log burner, TV, Blue Ray DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is well-equipped and outside there is a delightful seating area with a hot tub, the perfect to relax with a glass of wine whilst enjoying stunning views over the Fells and Ullswater.

Meadowcroft Cottage: Our charming cottage sleeps up to 6 people in a king, double and twin room, great for larger families. All the rooms share a luxurious bathroom. The house comes with everything you need for a magical holiday, including wine coolers, wood burners and a hot tub with views of the fells. The private patio comes with garden furniture, great for some al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Lodges: We have an array of modern and beautifully furnished lodges available. Situated in a rolling hillside, they boast magnificent views across Lake Ullswater and the nearby hills. Each lodge comes with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living area, comfortable bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms. All the lodges include a lovely decking area with seating to relax on and some include a superb hot tub, the ideal way to wash your stresses away.

This area of Cumbria has so much natural beauty to see. The Ullswater Way offers is the perfect way to savour the majestic landscape, including the Ullswater Way, a 20-minute walking route around the lake.
