Orchard Self Catering Cottage is an ideally situated, modern and well equipped home conveniently close to the cities of Manchester and Liverpool on the borders of Lancashire and Cheshire.

Located in a quiet corner of an organic dairy farm it can sleep up to five adults. It is well suited for family holidays, business travellers or for an overnight stop.

It has free wi-fi, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with free view and a selection of books and games to suit all ages. You will find all that the modern kitchen has to offer including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven. Cupboards are stocked with all crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils that you may require.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, plenty of shelving space, a large mirror and travertine tiles. A washer/dryer is located in the porch. Iron and ironing board are in the storage cupboard.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master en suite bedroom can have a king sized bed or two single beds depending on your requirements. There is a twin room overlooking the garden and a single room. All bedrooms have modern flat screen TVs.

We are located near Warrington, and close to Lymm, Bolton, Wigan, St.Helens, Widnes, Stockport, Southport and Chester.
