We are Joel and Tracey, and this is our luxury boutique guest house in the picturesque town of Colwyn Bay, where you'll find that no request is too much trouble. As welcoming to new faces as we are to our many returning guests, our aim is to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.

We are proud to be fully inclusive to people from all walks of life.

Each of our beautiful boutique style rooms is as individual as you. Every room has a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, a hairdryer. You'll also be pleased to know that we have excellent free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9am on weekdays. On weekends and bank holidays, we serve it at the slightly later time of 8am until 9.30am, as everyone loves a lie in.

We politely request that rooms are vacated no later than 10.30am on the day of departure, to allow us to clean in time for the next guests.

All rooms are subject to availability, and breakfast is included in the price.

As we are strong advocates of supporting local businesses, you'll be happy to know that all of our food is sourced within a three mile radius of our B&B.

We also cater for a range of dietary requirements; Vegan, Vegetarian, Coeliac, Lactose Intolerant, please be sure to let us know in advance.

Our breakfasts are nothing short of legendary. Whether it's a hearty full English you're after, or a lighter choice, such as salmon in scrambled eggs or kippers and tomatoes, rumbling tummies will not be disappointed! Try our triple-decker toasted sandwich, the 'Bryn Woodlands Belly Buster', if you think you can handle it!
