Set in the picturesque village of Tyn-Y-Groes, Wern Farm Caravan Park offers touring pitches for caravans and motorhomes on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Situated in the stunning Conwy countryside, it’s a peaceful base for exploring North Wales or simply relaxing in tranquil surroundings.

Our small, peaceful site has just 24 pitches for motorhomes and touring caravans, ensuring you receive plenty of space and privacy. All the pitches boast spectacular views of the area. Facilities include:
