Swn y Dwr offers modern self catering accommodation in the heart of Betws-y-Coed. We sit by the River Llugwy and are just a minute's walk from the famous Pont-y-Pair bridge, making us a great base for exploring Conwy.

Our lovely property sleeps up to 11 people and is tastefully furnished throughout, great for a family or group holiday.

On the lower ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and shower and drying room. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen and savour some delicious meals in the dining room. A TV is also available.

The ground floor has a double room and a cosy living room that comes with wi-fi, TV, Bluetooth-linked sound bar audio system, plus a small balcony that boasts garden and river views.

On the first floor, there is a family room with one double and one single bed, plus en suite facilities. Two further double en suite rooms are available.

Outside there are gorgeous, landscaped grounds to enjoy and a patio and BBQ area for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

Great attractions in the local area include the Conwy Valley Railway Museum and Zip World Fforest, both great for families. See renowned Pont-y-Pair Bridge or Rhaeadr Ewynnol Swallow Falls Waterfall, set in a scenic, wooded setting. You can also explore the beautiful grounds at Bodnant Gardens. History fans should pay a visit to Caernarfon Castle, one of the finest buildings from the Middle Ages.
