The hard-floored dining area features a pine dining table with seating for four, with a high-chair available for toddlers.

The well-equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances including a built-in electric oven and induction hob, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and FM radio, ensures convenience for your culinary needs.

The ground floor master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, flat-screen TV and hair-dryer, all complemented by views of the landscaped back garden. The upstairs bedroom, provides two single beds, bedside drawers and lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe, wicker cane chair and wall mirror, offering views of the rear garden and Conwy Bay.

The ground floor bathroom features a full-size bath, hot/cold mixer shower with concertina shower screen, CH radiator supplemented by an electric fan heater, shaver socket and wall mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided, while guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels.

Outside, the front garden offers off-road parking and turning space, with log-edged raised borders adorned with well-established shrubs. The back garden features a lawn area with mature shrubs and fruit trees, leading to a summer house equipped with table and chairs, a rotary washing line, garden bench and small patio.

Norbury Cottage includes gas central heating, double-glazing throughout, and is fully insulated, with gas and electric costs included.
