Garden Apartment

Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin. Located on the ground floor, this bright and airy apartment features high-quality bathroom and shower facilities, fitted carpets in the main rooms and a modern, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for holidays year-round.

Apartment 1

Sleeps 2. Features a lounge/dining area overlooking the rear garden with patio doors leading to a furnished patio. Includes a sofa, easy chair, coffee tables, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and hairdryer. An en-suite shower room includes a toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Apartment 2

Sleeps 2. A large ground floor studio with twin beds, hairdryer, lounge/dining area with comfortable chairs, coffee tables, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and an electric log-burning stove. The kitchen area includes an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. Separate shower room with toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Apartment 3

Sleeps 2. Features an entrance hall, spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to a garden patio with furniture. Includes sofas, chair, coffee tables, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, electric fire, and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and small fridge/freezer. Sleeps 2/3. Features an entrance hall with cloaks cupboard, lounge with hill and side sea views, three-piece suite, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, coffee tables and a wall-mounted electric fire. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and dining table with chairs. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and hairdryer. A second bedroom with a single bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
