Fig Tree - Sleeps 5

Once part of a courtyard stable block, Fig Tree has been beautifully renovated into a cosy and stylish holiday home with breathtaking views over the Conwy Valley. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with rustic touches, neutral tones and bursts of colour that highlight rather than distract from the stunning mountain scenery. Large French windows fill the space with natural light and frame the views of Eryri (Snowdonia), creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a film on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, with a dining table for meals indoors or the option to dine outside on the patio with a BBQ under the stars. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and garden views, while the second has zip-and-link beds that can be set up as a super-king or twins, along with a convertible armchair bed if needed. A modern bathroom offers both a double-ended bath and walk-in shower, with fluffy towels and luxury toiletries provided. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, lawned garden, comfortable seating and uninterrupted views across the valley.

Laurel - Sleeps 4

Laurel is a charming single-storey courtyard cottage, once a stone stable, now thoughtfully converted into a bright, stylish and dog-friendly retreat. With contemporary décor and cosy furnishings, it offers everything needed for a relaxing self-catering escape. The open-plan living space feels light and spacious, with a large corner sofa, smart TV, and patio doors that have views of Eryri. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine and there’s room for four at the dining table. A handy boot room stores outdoor gear and doubles as a small workspace with a desk and chair. The master bedroom features a super-king bed and crisp linens, while the second bedroom has two single beds and beautiful west-facing views. A sleek bathroom includes a walk-in shower and double-ended bath, with towels and luxury toiletries provided. Outside, guests can unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy the garden, patio, BBQ and breathtaking views across the Conwy Valley.

Onsite Facilities

Just across the courtyard from the cottages, guests can enjoy a spacious indoor swimming pool with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden and ornamental pond. Heated year-round and exclusively available to guests staying at the two cottages, the 11-metre pool is open 24/7 and is a perfect spot for both relaxation and fun, especially on rainy days. Guests are welcome to bring their own inflatables, floats and pool toys.

The property also includes over an acre of shared grounds, ideal for children and dogs to explore, though the area is not fully enclosed.

Within the courtyard, a shared laundry room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, cleaning supplies and a selection of books, DVDs, and board games. There’s also a handy hose for cleaning muddy boots and paws. Additional amenities include off-road parking, a pay-as-you-go EV charger, and on request, a secure garage space for bike storage.
