It's an excellent base for walking, exploring National Trust properties, gardens and discovering the beauty of Cornwall.

The property features central heating and double glazing. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a hall/dining room, a single bedroom and a cloakroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is private parking for two cars (no electric car charging facility) and a spacious patio area. Electricity, central heating and bed linen are all included.
