All of the guest bedrooms are decorated to a high standard to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Ironing board and iron are available upon request. All rooms on the back of the property have uninterrupted sea views over Mounts Bay.

We offer a self serve continental breakfast in each of our rooms. The breakfast includes: fresh milk, selection of cereals, bread and croissant, butter and preserves, yoghurt and honey, fresh orange juice.

There is plenty of free on street parking surrounding the guest house. We also offer free Wi-Fi for all of our guests.

The centre of Penzance is only a 10 minute walk away where you can find the famous Chapel Street and dine in your choice of restaurant or café to suit your taste. We are once again only a 10 minute walk away from the harbour where you can access the Scillonian III ferry to the Isles of Scilly. Long stay parking for the Isles of Scilly is also only a stone’s throw away.
