Our luxurious holiday home was thoughtfully rebuilt in 2011/12 using vernacular materials including typical Cornish stone, reclaimed Delabole slate roof and slate patio, whist still offering a light and contemporary living experience. The property sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the lower ground floor there is a twin en suite bedroom and a double en suite bedroom. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a double en suite room. All the rooms include digital TVs and a hair dryer. All bedrooms can be configured with either twin beds or superking double.

Guests can take advantage of the beautiful scenery by using our range of outdoor facilities; modern 8 seater glassed balcony with table and 8 chairs, slate terrace with fabulous sea views, built in BBQ, 2 built in slate seats and 4 sun loungers. There is also a new raised decking area at the end of the lawn with another table seating 8 people, which opens up the view to the West. You can sit there to watch the sun go down over the sea.

New Polzeath, which is actually the earliest settled part of the area, lies on the north side of Hayle Bay. It is dominated by a row of Edwardian villas on the top of the cliff, all built in 1907, of which Atlantic View is one. The typical beach village of Polzeath lies at the back of the bay and the settlement rises up the hill on the south side of the bay towards Trebetherick and Rock. Polzeath provides a good range of shops selling surf and beach equipment, clothes, souvenirs and ice cream. Surf boards and wetsuits can also be hired. One of the best stocked Spa shops in the country can provide for almost all your catering needs and there are good specialist food shops a short drive away, some of which will deliver. A range of cafes and restaurants and two pubs provide for the hungry and thirsty.
