Bre-Pen Farm in Mawgan Porth near Newquay, Cornwall, provides magnificent guest house accommodation on a working National Trust farm. Situated on the top of the cliffs of the north Cornwall coast, guests can savour the breath taking views.

Our superb guest house is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing and peaceful break away. We offer accommodation in 4 comfortable en suite rooms. A private family suite can be created from the ground floor double and twin room through us of a private connecting corridor. All the rooms include a range of excellent facilities: TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Guests can relax and unwind in the guest’s lounge and conservatory. There is also a garden and BBQ area which guests can use.

Every morning we serve a delicious Cornish breakfast. After breakfast we can give you a tour of the farm to help bottle feed the lambs or watch working sheep dogs in action.

We are the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Bude, Falmouth and St Ives are all less than 45 miles from our gate and many attractions are much closer. The South West Coast Path skirts the farm, making Bre-Pen Farm an ideal stop over or starting point for walkers as well.
