Higher Faugan Parc is a private guest house offering rooms and suites with stunning views of Penzance, Mounts Bay and St. Michael's Mount. Its proximity to Mousehole, Minack Theatre and Land's End makes it an excellent base for exploring Cornwall and the Scilly Isles.

The north wing of the house, originally an artist's studio, now comprises four one-room suites. Designed for two guests but accommodating up to four with sofa beds, these suites are tastefully furnished with king-size beds, sofas, Smart TVs, USB outlets and en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. Our unique concept ensures your room or suite is your private space, as we have no public rooms or restaurant. Instead, continental breakfast items are provided for guests to prepare at their leisure.

The house is set in a secluded location within its own private grounds, featuring a large lawn, pond area and a smoking deck for guest use.
