The Ship Inn is a hidden gem in the picturesque creekside village of Lerryn, perfectly positioned for exploring Cornwall’s stunning coastline and countryside. It provides an ideal base for visiting Fowey, Charlestown (of Poldark fame) and other charming fishing ports. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, as well as a variety of beaches and scenic walking trails, are all within easy reach.

We offer four comfortable guest rooms, providing a cosy retreat after a day of exploration:

Room 1 is a compact and bright space, offering a quiet and restful atmosphere with views over the Inn garden. It features a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Located on the first floor, this room provides a peaceful retreat.

Room 2, similar in size and ambiance, also overlooks the Inn garden. It has a double bed, an en-suite bath with a shower and is situated on the first floor.

Room 3 is larger, airy, and overlooks the road and village cottages. It includes a double bed, an en-suite bath with a shower and is also on the first floor, making it a spacious and relaxing option.

Room 4, on the ground floor, is a comfortable and well-appointed space overlooking the cottages across a quiet road. It can be arranged as either a twin-bedded room or a super king-sized bed. This room provides easy access for guests with dogs.

All rooms include heating, a hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, a closet with hangers and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and an iron, ironing board, extra blankets and a cot can be provided upon request. Guests can choose between a bed and breakfast or board-only option for their stay.

At our bar, guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of local ciders and ales from renowned producers such as Haye Farm, St Austell Brewery, and Rock Brewery. Our commitment to quality extends to our wine selection, featuring Tolchards wines, enriched by its recent merger with Castang Wines, ensuring a diverse and sophisticated offering.
