We have an array of fabulous properties available, with all providing a unique charm and character. All the properties are elegantly furnished and come with everything you need for a special getaway in the country.

Mill House (sleeps up to 12 people): Our 15 Century Grade II Listed former watermill is set in 5 acres of beautiful grounds. This wonderful property still maintains many of its original features, including slate floors and a waterwheel. The beamed living room comes with a wood burner with an original fireplace with a bread oven, TV and DVD player and the well-equipped kitchen includes Freezers, fridges and a Nespresso coffee machine. Six bedrooms are available, including double, twin and single rooms. Some rooms come with en suite facilities.

Trout Beck (sleeps 2): This stone-built cottage is perfect for a romantic break. On the ground floor, there is a double room and bathroom. French doors open onto a private parking area. On the first floor, there is a high beamed lounge with a wood burner, TV and DVD player. A fully-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs.

Trout Fry (sleeps 2): Our lovely cottage sleeps up to 2 people and comes with a kitchen/dining room which is equipped with a cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. A ground floor bathroom comes with a shower and WC. The lounge area includes a beamed ceiling, TV and DVD player. On the first floor, there is a double room with restricted headroom.

Trout Leap (sleeps 4): This superb cottage sleeps up to 4 people in a double and a twin room. Enjoying stunning views of the valley and set high amongst the trees, we are perfect for a tranquil holiday. On the ground floor, there is a double en suite room. A delightful patio area is accessed directly from the ground floor. A twin bedroom is upstairs. The living area comes with a Freesat TV, DVD player and a wood burner. A well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances.
