Leskinnick Terrace offers charming self catering accommodation in Penzance. Nestled in a peaceful setting by the coast in Cornwall, we are ideal for a magical getaway.

Our fabulous cottage dates from 1840 and has been beautifully renovated to offer quality accommodation. The house maintains an original character and offers stunning seas views.

Inside the cottage there is a cosy sitting area with a large sofa, armchair, pine shutters in the windows and wall-hung flat screen Smart TV and with Freeview channels, exposed stone walls with a built-in gas fire and dining area. A fully-equipped galley kitchen is ideal for rustling up some delicious dishes and includes a double oven with gas hob, full sized 70/30 fridge freezer and dishwasher, with plenty of storage space. A utility room includes a washing machine and tumble drier.

Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a feature fireplace, metal frame bed and wall-hung flat screen TV. A twin room has a feature fireplace, original floorboards and enjoys lovely views over the garden and Penzance.

Outside there is a relaxing south facing garden which is fully enclosed and a terraced area with a garden table and chairs plus a BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. You can also unwind in the newly converted summer house which comes complete with a gorgeous roof light, ideal for a morning coffee or a glass or two in the afternoon.

We are in a fantastic position for exploring the area, with town and coast within walking distance. Penzance is a vibrant town including the Promenade, Penlee Park, Morrab Tropical Gardens, a leisure centre, plenty of independent shops, interesting coffee shops and restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and newly refurbished Victorian open air lido. Visit the majestic St.Michael’s Mount or visit gorgeous Sennen Cove which is just a 20 minute drive away.
