Manor House Apartment offers charming self catering accommodation in Poughill. Our apartment is in the West Wing of the Manor House and located in a beautiful setting with private grounds and all-weather facilities to enjoy. The wonderful seaside town of Bude is nearby and further afield you can visit a brilliant array of attractions in Cornwall.

Our spacious apartment comes with everything you need for a special getaway. The apartment comes with private access, with a staircase from the large hallway leading to the accommodation. On the half landing is a twin and on the first floor is the main accommodation. An open plan lounge/kitchen boasts delightful views over the main lawn and a separate dining room enjoys glorious sea views.

The living area includes a large HD flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD/Blu-ray and CD/radio player. A well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

Three bedrooms are available, one double with a king-size bed and en suite facilities and two twin rooms. Quality cotton bed linen and fluffy cottage hand and bath towels are provided. A second family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

You can unwind with friends or family in the outdoor area which has picnic seating and a gas-fired BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months.

Facilities onsite are available to suit all needs. The whole family will love the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, spa treatments, heated outdoor pool (seasonal), gym and sauna. We also have activities for children, such as a games room and play areas. A variety of horse-riding experiences are available and we have a tennis court.

You can enjoy the luxury of in-cottage dining service and croissants, prepared by local chef Nicky Vereker, using fresh, local ingredients. Afterward, head to our licensed bar for a game of pool and a drink.

The famous seaside town of Bude is within walking distance of us. The town has something for everyone, including sandy beaches, Bude Sea Pool, Bude Castle and lots of fabulous restaurants. Within 30 minutes to an hour’s drive, you will find a brilliant range of stunning historic houses to visit, including Prideaux Place, Pencarrow and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Children will love visiting Tamar Otter & Wildlife Centre, a fantastic place that houses an amazing range of wildlife in its 21 acres of grounds.
