This converted barn enjoys a charming cottage feel and has sea views. The cottage offers a modern style and is spacious throughout. Inside there is an upstairs open plan kitchen/living area with offers views across St Austell Bay. The wood burner will keep you toasty in the winter months and you can catch your favourite show in front of the TV/DVD player and Bluetooth Soundbar. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances: natural gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 double en suite 1 twin room. A separate shower room is also available. Our barn conversion dates from 1890’s and now offers high-quality accommodation to suit all your needs. Inside there is a large open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed timber roof A-frames, a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Soundbar. The fully-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking and includes a range cooker and large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. In total there are 3 bedrooms, 1 king room, 1 twin and 1 triple sleeper. There is also a bathroom and two of the rooms have en suite facilities. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ and garden furniture to enjoy.
