Our cottages are nestled in 36 acres of grounds, offering seas and woodland views. The spacious cottages offer a homely feel and are finished to a high standard. They all include well-equipped kitchens, cosy living areas, modern bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms. Outside there is a seating area for al fresco dining.

Braddon

This cottage sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, a double and twin room. The open plan living area is great for relaxing in and the kitchen is fully equipped. Outside there is a private decking area with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Chappell

Our barn conversion has reclaimed wooden floors and exposed beams. Inside there is an open plan living area and a newly installed kitchen. The cottage sleeps 2 in a king size four poster bed.

Duchy

This cottage is great for families and sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms: a king en suite room with an additional single, a family room and a twin room. On the first floor is a cosy living room and family bathroom, whilst outside there is patio furniture and a BBQ, plus a hot tub to soak yourself in.

Myll

The cottage sleeps 4 in a double room and two upstairs single rooms with Velux windows which offer countryside views. Unwind in the open plan living area or enjoy cooking in the sleek kitchen. Outside there is seating and a BBQ.

Bligh

This barn conversion has reclaimed wooden floors and exposed beams. Relax in the dual-aspect living area or cook up a storm in the newly installed kitchen. The cottage sleeps 2 in a king four poster room. Outside three is a decking area and shared garden.

Warner

Our cosy cottage offers easy access and comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a relaxing living area with lots of natural light and patio doors that open onto the decking area. The cottage sleeps 2 in a comfy bed.

Trespaddick

This cottage enjoys views over the countryside. Inside there is an open plan living area with comfy seating and a fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage sleeps 3 in a double room and an upstairs gallery single room. Outside there is a private decking area and BBQ.

Butterwell

Our country retreat is great for couples or new partners, sleeping 2 in a dual-aspect bedroom. Upstairs there is an open plan living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a private veranda to relax on.

Manor

This large cottage comes with an open plan living area to unwind in, plus a well-equipped kitchen. The cottage sleeps 8 in 3 ground floor en-suirte rooms with 1 super king and 2 superking/twin rooms, plus an upstairs superking/twin en suite room. Outside there is an extended decking area with hot tub overlooking the meadow and stream off into the woods. There is garden furniture and a BBQ, offering a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun.
