West Woolley Farm near the pretty seaside town of Bude offers charming self catering accommodation. Based in a glorious countryside location a few miles from the spectacular North Cornwall coast, we are perfect for a memorable family break.

We have 6 luxurious cottages to choose from. All finished to a high standard and come with everything you need for a tranquil getaway. On the farm, we also have friendly animals to help feed, including goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and ducks, perfect for children. Several of the properties have private gardens or courtyards with room for a summer BBQ.

Shepherds – Sleeps 2 plus a cot:

Our wonderful cosy cottage comes with a comfy seating area with a smart TV & Blu-ray-/DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining area, perfect for home dining. The bedroom comes with a super king bed and there is bathroom with a bath.

Grain Store (sleeps 4):

This delightful upside down barn has a lovely open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area to enjoy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area has a smart TV and Blue-ray-DVD player. Downstairs there is a king en suite room, a twin room and family bathroom and a small courtyard garden to the rear.

Parlour (sleeps 4 plus cot):

Our cosy single storey barn conversion has a relaxing open plan living, kitchen and dining area, plus exposed beams. The living area has a smart TV and Blue-ray player and the kitchen is well-equipped. Bedrooms consist of a king en suite and twin en suite.

Anna’s Cottage (sleeps 4 plus cot):

This fabulous cottage comes with warm wooden floors, exposed stone walls and rustic beams. The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area will suit all your needs. The sitting area includes a smart TV & Blue-ray/DVD player. Upstairs there is a super-king bed and en-suite and a twin room with separate family bathroom.

Mill House (sleeps 6 plus cot):

Our tranquil cottage is great for a family or group getaway. The bedrooms are downstairs and include a king en suite room, a twin room and bunk room, plus family bathroom. Upstairs there is a sitting room with a smart TV & Blue-Ray/DVD player and a well-equipped large kitchen. A courtyard garden to the rear captures the afternoon sunshine.

Stables (sleeps 6 plus cot):

This superb holiday home boasts a main living area including a flagstone floor and raftered ceiling with a large lawned garden to the rear. Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a smart TV & Blue-ray/DVD player. On the mezzanine floors are a further sitting room and open-plan twin room. Downstairs there is a further double en suite room, twin and family bathroom.
