Woodlands Manor Farm Cottages provides luxurious self-catering accommodation nestled within 34 acres of stunning countryside in the beautiful Coombe Valley. We are perfect for the ultimate Cornish retreat.

We have seven fabulous cottages to choose from. All the cottages are beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a tranquil country escape. They are perfect for large groups of 12, 8 or 6. We also have 2 two cottages that sleep 4 and two that sleeps 2. All our guests have access to a large indoor swimming pool, games room, playing field, high-speed broadband, woodlands walk, and feed the animals experience.

Woodlands Manor House - Sleeps 12 plus 2 cots

Our spacious traditional Grade II Listed house dates from the 17th Century and now offers quality accommodation. Inside there are comfy sofas in both sitting rooms, plus toasty wood burners for those chilly days. The sitting room has 55″ OLED UHD Smart TV and Blu-ray player and the drawing room has a UHD smart TV. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room that includes a four-oven Aga. Bedrooms consist of 3 twins and 2 super king-size rooms. Outside there is a private patio area and an outside table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Rose Cottage - Sleeps 8 plus a cot

We offer charming accommodation in this stone barn conversion. Inside there is a spacious open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area seating 10. Unwind in the cosy lounge that has a wood burner wall mounted UHD Smart TV and Blu-ray player. On the first floor is a further sitting room with a smart TV and Blu-ray player. Bedrooms consist of a downstairs king room and 2 twin rooms and a spacious four poster king room. Outside there is a private patio area with a picnic table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Jasmine Cottage - Sleeps 6

Our wonderful 3-bedroom cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone barn. Inside there is a large open plan living area with a log burner, a dining area seating 10 and a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king ensuite, 1 king and 1 room that can be made as a king or a twin.

Lavender Cottage - Sleeps 4 plus a cot

We offer superb accommodation in this single-storey stone cottage. Inside there is an open plan area including a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 and seating. Facilities include a 49″ UHD Smart TV. Bedrooms consist of a king ensuite room and a twin room with a joining bathroom.

The Stables - Sleeps 4 plus a cot

Our cosy getaway has been beautifully converted to offer excellent accommodation. Inside there is an open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating, and underfloor heating. Entertainment facilities include a UHD Smart TV and Blu-ray player. Two bedrooms are available, with steps leading either up or down. Both ensuite bedrooms can be made a double or twin.

Honeysuckle Cottage – Sleeps 2 plus cot

We offer luxury accommodation in this cottage for 2, ideal for a romantic getaway. Inside there is an open plan living with kitchen and dining areas, boasting vaulted ceilings. Facilities include a UHD Smart TV and Blu-ray player, and wood burner. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the king-size bedroom which has a patio door that offers stunning valley views.

The Coach House – Sleeps 2 plus cot

Our delightful stone barn conversion is perfect for an unforgettable countryside retreat. Inside there is an open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. Facilities include a HD Smart TV and Blu-ray player, and the kitchen is well-equipped. On the first floor is a bedroom which can be made as a king or double.

We are perfectly situated for exploring a wealth of attractions in the local area. Only 2 miles away is the coast of Cornwall and the picturesque South West coast path. Head to one of the scenic beaches or coves in North Cornwall, including ones at Duckpool and Sandymouth, Summerleaze and Widemouth Bay. In Bude, try the restaurants, cafes and pubs.
