8 Duke Street offers charming self catering accommodation in the Cornish town of Launceston. We are ideally placed for exploring a range of attractions in Cornwall.

On the ground floor, we have an open plan area to suit all your needs, including a refurbished slate floor. The lounge area includes a log burner and a TV. A small hallway adjoins the kitchen that comes with a range of appliances including a microwave, oven and refrigerator. There is a dining area and a newly refurbished bathrooms come with a shower and bath.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms, including a double room and a room that can be made as a twin or a king.

Outside we have a lawn and patio area with a pergola and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

We are in a great position for exploring the area, only a 2-minute stroll to Launceston Golf Club. Locally lots of activities can be enjoyed, including hiking, surfing, swimming, windsurfing and horse riding. Only a 6-minute drive us the A30, ideal for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
