Our property sleeps up to 8 people and comes with a range of mod-cons to suit your needs. On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen/living area that offers views of the garden. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances including 2 electric ovens and a wine cooler. A dining table seats 8 and you can relax on the sofa.

On the ground floor, we have a double room and a shower room. The first floor houses a lounge with a smart TV, DVD player and balcony. On the first floor, there are 3 further bedrooms, including a king en suite with a balcony and 2 rooms that can be made as a twin or king. There is a family bathroom.

Outside we have a fenced garden and patio area with outdoor dining and a stone-built BBQ for al fresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower.

We are in a great location for exploring Perranporth, home to shops, takeaways, restaurants and a sandy beach. Nearby is the south west coastal path and lots of activities are in the area, including golf and horse riding. Attractions to visit include:
