Roselands Caravan Park in Dowran is a dog friendly and quiet campsite, offering luxury caravan hire and facilities for motorhomes, caravans and tents. Located in a beautiful setting near St Just, we are surrounded by lots of beaches and the countryside of the Penwith Moors. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Cornwall.

All our camping/touring pitches are surrounded by hedges and Cornish hedging, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The maximum length of camping pitches is 7m x 5m and for camper-vans, motorhomes and touring caravans (no double axels) the maximum length is 7.4m.

A maximum of 5 people (3 adults) including infants are welcome on the pitches. Onsite facilities include Wi-Fi, a toilet and shower block, laundry, a play area, a spacious conservatory/day room with a TV and board games, ice pack facilities and recharge phone facilities. We welcome well-behaved dogs but they must be kept on their lead. A moorland next to the park is perfect for your four-legged to run around in.

We have a range of luxury caravans to stay in. All the caravans are finished to a high standard and include a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and full-size cooker, flat screen TV and DVD player, modern bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas.

Our caravan park is in a central location, making us the perfect base for exploring the area. We are near Land’s End and the renowned surfing beach of Sennen Cove is only 5 minutes away. St Ives is only 25 minutes away. Attractions to visit include:
