Our Grade 2 Listed cottage is based within a conservation area and offers quality accommodation for up to 5 people.

On the ground floor, we have 2 reception rooms, including a large living room which has a gas effect fire, an original 19th Century harmonium and a 42’’ HDTV. A smaller room comes with a desk, perfect for working on whilst away. The large kitchen/diner is well-equipped and comes with a 5 burner/double oven range burner, a range of appliances and a 32’’ HDTV and DVD player. A variety of books, DVDs and children’s games are provided.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The rooms share a modern bathroom with a bath and shower. All bed linen and towels are provided.

We are just 20 seconds away from the harbour and only minutes from 3 beaches. The High Street is 5 minutes walk away where you will find a wide array of shops and excellent restaurants. Visit Carbis Bay Beach or browse the independent shops. Attractions to visit include:
