Blue Bay House offers excellent self-catering accommodation in the coastal village of Mawgan Porth, ideally positioned between Newquay and Padstow. This spacious Cornish property provides the perfect base for families or groups seeking a memorable stay by the sea, combining comfort, style and an enviable location close to beaches, attractions and stunning coastal walks.

The house offers a large open living space that boasts sea views. The TV room has a 40’’ smart TV with full Sky movies and sports packages. The sitting area includes comfy seating and a feature bar.

The commercial-style kitchen comes with a range of appliances: a six-burner stove, grill, oven, fryer, microwave, four fridges, a small free-standing freezer and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washer and dryer. There is a table and chairs for up to 20 people. A Bose sound system can play music in every room.

We have 8 bedrooms. There is 1 family en suite, 3 double en suites and 2 family suites. One of the family suites includes a double, a separate twin and a bathroom. The second family suite has 1 twin en suite, 1 king en suite a private conservatory-style lounge. All the bedrooms include a flat-screen TV with a DVD player.

Outside we have a large decking area with a table, chairs and a BBQ, offering the perfect spot for enjoying the sea views. You can relax in the hot tub.
