The spacious, light-filled open-plan living area features French doors with countryside views, two comfortable sofas, a 32″ Sony LCD TV with Freeview, DVD/Blu-ray player, radio, a small DVD library and family board games. The kitchen boasts rustic stone effect worktops, a Neff ceramic hob, Bosch oven/grill, retro Nardi fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine with tumble dryer, and essential utensils. The slate-tiled floor extends into the dining area, which seats six comfortably and includes a high chair. Stay warm in winter with electric heaters and enjoy super-fast wi-fi. The twin bedroom is spacious with two single beds, a travel cot, wardrobe, drawer space, night-light and stunning countryside views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a luxury mattress, vintage furniture, and a hair dryer. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels and travel cot bedding. The bathroom features modern fixtures, a bath, electric shower, and wall-mounted heater. The airing cupboard houses the hot water tank and immersion heater switch.

Outside, the front patio has a picnic table with countryside views, and the large communal lawn is perfect for children. The rear parking area accommodates two cars or a small boat. The garden includes a lawn, gravel patio with a bench, rotary dryer and an external tap and hose for beach gear. A garden store offers beach items like balls and surfboards for your use.
