Situated just a 2-minute walk from stunning Harlyn Bay Beach, (one of the well renowned and beautifull ‘Seven Bays beaches’), this dog-friendly retreat provides a perfect base for families, golfers, walkers, foodies and surfers looking to unwind in comfort after a hard day holidaying.

Our Cornish cottage boasts a range of amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including a spacious lounge area that can host up to 6 guests and a 42" flat Smart TV. Guests can stay connected with free WiFi available throughout the cottage. The fully fitted kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, complemented by a convenient downstairs cloakroom. The cottage features three generously sized bedrooms, including two king sized bedrooms and one with bunk beds. The master bedroom boasts en-suite facilities, complemented by a family-sized bathroom to cater to guests' needs. You will find lots of beautiful local art throughout. For added convenience, there is reserved parking right in front of the house and bed linen as well as bathroom towels are provided for a worry-free stay.

Privately owned for over 14 years and completely renovated in 2023, Its location is a key attraction, not only for beachgoers but also for those interested in exploring nearby villages such as St Merryn, offering local amenities and restaurants such as Barnecutt's Bakery, Salt & Samphire restaurant, Doghouse Pizza, Rafferty's café and wine bar and The Farmer’s Arms pub. There is also Friar Tucks' renowned fish and chip shop, and various other local shops as well as great coffee from resident Froth. Additionally, a large Tesco supermarket is a short 10-minute drive away for all your self catering needs, as are the many culinary delights of Padstow Harbour, including Rick Stein's restaurants and Paul Ainsworth's eateries, all awaiting exploration. On Harlyn Bay Beach itself you will find two great cafes, Beachbox (open all year round) and Big Pan Parties (high season only). It’s also home to Harlyn Surf School which has been teaching people how to surf, paddleboard and kayak for 25 years, and has been described by the Sunday Times as the 'best surf school on the North Cornish coast'.

Harlyn Bay is ideally situated for enthusiasts of the North Cornwall coast, particularly favoured by walkers keen on exploring the nearby coastal paths. The South West Coast Path can be picked up from the headlands on Harlyn Bay beach itself. Trevone beach (cafe and surf shop) can be reached on foot within around 35 minutes. For the more enthusiastic walker, you can go all the way round to Padstow (11.1km) on foot. Going in the opposite direction, you can walk to Mother Ivey and St Constantine (10km) and beyond.
