Situated in a quiet corner of a close on St Merryn Park, these bungalows provide the perfect retreat to relax after a day spent exploring the beautiful beaches of North Cornwall. The area, known as "Seven Bays for Seven Days," boasts some of the finest beaches in the region, making it an ideal destination for beach lovers.

Lantic Star - Sleeps 5

Lantic Star is a spacious 2-bedroom bungalow located in a quiet close within St Merryn Park, accommodating up to 5 guests. The property is all on one level and offers a comfortable open-plan lounge/diner with traditional seating for 5, a Smart TV, digital radio and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The dining area features a large table that seats 6, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Guests can unwind in the garden room, which opens onto a deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The main bedroom has a double bed, wall-mounted TV, DVD player and built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom overlooks the garden and features two single beds and a mezzanine bed, along with ample storage. The bathroom is newly fitted with a vanity unit, bath, electric shower and towel radiator. Outside, there’s a patio, enclosed lawn, garden furniture, and a gas BBQ. The driveway offers parking for 2-3 cars, with additional parking available nearby.

Lantic Surf is a spacious 3-bedroom bungalow located in a quiet close within St Merryn Park, accommodating up to 6 guests. All on one level, the bungalow features an open-plan lounge/diner with seating for 6, a 40" Smart TV, docking station with speakers, and Wi-Fi. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and opens onto a patio with a gas BBQ and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the nearby beaches. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with an ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. The main bedroom overlooks the garden and offers a double bed with ample storage, while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom includes a bath, separate electric shower cubicle, basin, WC and towel radiator. Outside, guests can enjoy a decked patio, enclosed lawned garden and gas BBQ, with plenty of on-road parking available just outside the bungalow.

In both properties, we also provide Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, a clothes airer, rotary airer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a selection of kitchen cupboard condiments. Two dogs are welcome to join and will enjoy the large, enclosed garden.

The properties can be booked separately or together, making them perfect for a family holiday or group gathering.

Visiting the Area

The nearby village of St Merryn offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops where you can hire or purchase wetsuits and surfboards for use on the stunning local beaches. A visit to Rick Stein’s renowned Cornish Arms pub is a must. Just 3-4 miles away is the historic fishing port of Padstow, home to a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and delicious Cornish treats such as ice cream, cream teas and pasties. In Padstow, you can enjoy fishing or leisure boat trips, take the foot ferry across the Camel Estuary to Rock for lunch, or explore the scenic Camel Trail by foot or bike, with bike hire available locally.
