The ground floor opens with a slate-floored entrance lobby leading into an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a new built-in oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker and more for a stress-free stay. The dining area seats four comfortably and opens out to a sun-catching patio and private back garden, ideal for enjoying evening sunsets. The lounge area, furnished with three two-seater sofas, features a Smart TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, board games, a radio and a Google dot for local tips. Double sliding doors offer views of the communal green and open countryside beyond.

Upstairs, the front bedroom enjoys morning sun and includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, along with a hair dryer.
